I am licensed in Massachusetts with 8 years of professional work experience in two different states supporting clients of all ages and walks of life. I have also worked with many clients facing life changes, family dynamics, mental health struggles, addiction, trauma, parenting, relationships, and many more. I also enjoy helping others discover new coping skills, strengths, and new thinking/behavior patterns and become more confident in order to make decisions and feel like their best selves. I am trained in Cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma, therapeutic crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, mental health first aid, social emotional learning, learning disabilities, and special education.
