About me
Ashley N Wofford, MSW, LCSW obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). With over 10 years’ experience her skillset include, crisis management, youth crisis advocate, foster care and adoption case management, forensic inpatient Mental Health, and group private practice. Prior to joining a group practice, Ashley worked with active duty military members and civilian employees with the United States Air Force as an embedded credentialed provider with Task Force True North. She utilizes an eclectic approach in therapy to tailor treatment to match each clients needs. Therapy styles include but are not limited to solution focused therapy, strengths based, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Life’s journey sometimes takes us on an unwanted detour or a journey where we lose direction. It is while on this journey that I was able to find my joy in life. To assist those on the path to healing from the hurts of life and finding direction on the journey. Processing of information and experiences is just one portion of the healing process. As individuals we all experience life stressors at some point in our lives. It’s when those same stressors/traumas cause our lives to unravel that I am here to help you get life back in order and on track.
