Mr. Ashok Parmar is very personable. He is kind, understanding, attentive, helpful, and brings a variety of insight and perspective that can easily be applied to my daily practices and mindset in achieving my goals. He’s intelligent and uses so many resources to help me better understand the world around me and myself. One of the absolute best experiences I have had and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a motivator and someone who can politely hold you accountable in following through on your goals. Outside of being a wonderful therapist he is a genuine human and I am so thankful I was paired with him to receive his guidance and reassurance in any topic we speak on.
