Audrey Carolan, BACP
About me
I work with warmth, without judgement and have an awareness of how past events can impact day to day life. I listen and work with people through what can feel like the most overwhelming and frightening times. I support people to find their way forward in a way that rediscovers your own voice.
I work with a Person Centred approach, which puts you at the heart of everything we do, as we work together to look at whatever you feel you want to bring into the room. We will create a space together to explore and empower you though difficulties such as grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, challenging relationships and pressures that life brings.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Audrey Carolan. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I have only had two sessions with Audrey so far, but she made me feel so comfortable from the moment I joined the video call and she is a pleasure to speak to. Her expertise and passion in what she does has shone through already. She is very responsive to any messages I send and I can tell she is always listening and really taking in everything I am talking to her about.
I am really looking forward to carrying on working through my therapy journey with Audrey and I feel like I was matched with the perfect therapist. Thank you for your support so far!

Audrey listens to my problems without judgment and uses a person-centred approach in each session. Very good at providing reassurance and a different perspective on topics of conversation.
