About me
"Life is about change. Sometimes it's painful. Sometimes it's beautiful. But most of the time, it's both." - Lana Lang.
Creating change in our relationships and selves can be most the rewarding investments we make! I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
I specialize in working with clients with sexual concerns. I also treat clients with mental health or substance/behavior concerns as well.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Kansas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, & eating disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
