Audria is an amazing therapist! She has helped me with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD-C, transgender issues, work life balance, and more. Whatever I came to her with problems, she had coping mechanisms, tools, advice, challenges, or resources to help. We took a long break while I attended a PHP (partial hospitlization program) and I was able to pick right back up with her once I was out. Still just as helpful and friendly as ever. She introduced me to a look of techniques and tools that I now use daily and has really helped me to be better to myself and eliminate negative thought patterns and redirect into more healthy behaviors. She constantly told me how proud she was of my progress and it helped me substainally. Audria truly encouraged me at my worst and celebrated with me at my best. She is also incredibly receptive to feedback and is always learning about the latest and greatest innovations in the mental health realm. When I first started my journey with BetterHelp, I was in a very bad place, mentally. I dealt with Anxiety everyday, almost all the time. From morning to night, there was no rest. Audria provided me with very useful grounding techniques that helped keep me in the moment, instead of in my head. With just a few months of using these techniques and speaking to Audria, addressing some of my greatest concerns, I am now feeling much more in control of my thoughts and emotions. Audria is really attentive, compassionate, and even at times, relatable. With her joyful personality, a session with Audria, no matter how serious, is ever dull.
