Autumn is GREAT, she really listens and makes it seem so natural while providing great feedback and helping tools and tips.

I have begun to work with Autumn Owodunni and I appreciate her listening nature and her willingness to also be vulnerable within her approach to therapy. Meaning when we are in a session I feel like I am talking to someone in a safe space and she is transparent with what her expertise are and where she is willing to grow as a therapist. I am looking forward to working more with her as my therapist because just like me, she is human. I appreciate that. She is professional and her demeanor will make you feel at ease. Therapy is only as good as the dynamic between patient and therapist. Glad Betterhelp has made a bridge where I was abale to connect with Autumn.
