About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor certified in Authentic Consent, Holistic Therapy and Trauma Focused Care. I work with clients who have been historically marginalized to reconnect to their bodies through gentle sensory activation, intuitive wisdom and creative reimagining. In my sessions I hope to create space for self-inquiry and reflection through experiential practice/s and embodiment exercise. My training is centered around anti-oppressive standards of care, empowerment driven connection and values-based enrichment.
