When I started talking to Aysha I was going through a tough breakup and was extremely emotional. She made me feel safe and comfortable, giving me time to regroup and be able to communicate with her. She helped me through some of the hardest parts of my breakup and although that’s always a work in progress we’ve continued to explore more about my childhood and other life issues. She’s always understanding and supportive while offering good advice and helpful ways to work through my problems.

I cannot recommend Aysha highly enough. From the moment we started sessions, I felt a sense of safety and understanding. She has a unique ability to truly listen and create a non-judgmental space where I can open up and explore my thoughts and feelings. Aysha has helped me navigate some of the most challenging moments in my life. She is not only deeply empathetic but also incredibly insightful and professional. I’m so grateful for her support and the growth I’ve experienced under her care!

Ayesha and I created a great rapport from the start. I feel like I have a cheerleader in my court and a “big” sister to keep me in line. Thanks so much for this access to quality care
