Hello, my name is Dr. Barbara Palomino de Velasco, or if you wish, you may call me "Dr. P." I have been working with adults and families for over 20 years and have had the privilege of assisting them in areas of communication, problem-solving, depression management, anxiety reduction, and the development of adaptive coping skills. Additionally, I train nation-wide on law enforcement suicide prevention, critical incidents, and building more resilient first responder families. I look forward to learning about your goals and developing a working relationship with you! I am a huge proponent that Mental Fitness is so important for everyone and am eager to help you create a plan that will help you pursue your goals. I am very open to your views and believe that you are the expert on you and what you need! I am here to help you make the changes necessary to get your needs met, and I will be here to help you navigate the changes you wish to make in your life.
