About me

Welcome!

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Clinical Certified TeleMental Health Professional (CTMH) and I hold a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision (EdD) with over 20 years of experience in counseling individuals, couples, families and adolescents.

My counseling style is compassionate, warm, empathetic and behaviorally focused. I tailor my sessions based on the needs of my client, utilizing a collaborative approach to therapy. I also understand how personal and sometimes overwhelming the therapeutic process can be. However, I am here to help guide you in your journey to mental wellness.

Thank you for considering me to help you reach your goals in this therapeutic process.

Please check my schedule and let me know if you do not see a time of day that works for you. I may be able to open a slot. Initial sessions are 30 minutes for information gathering. After which we can determine if the sessions will be 30 or 45 minutes.

I look forward to working with you.

Dr. Ash has proven herself to be very competent at sussing out the real issues, and she does it all with love and compassion. I highly recommend her especially for those searching for a Christian therapist. Her professional knowledge combined with knowing the real power source for change, our almighty God, is an invaluable combination.

I feel very safe, seen, and understood by Dr. Ash. She's personable and definitely does her best to keep you aware of the goals you're setting. I tell my family that they should be seen by her, too! Ha ha
