I am licensed in Alabama with 23 years of professional work experience. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-D), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT-D), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, trauma, & abuse. I also have experience working with depression.
