I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience in mental health care. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, gaining self-confidence, depression and navigating chronic and terminal illness as well as navigating caregiver stress and fatigue. As a clinical social worker I work with a person in environment framework to understand the context of presenting issues and will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your specific needs and goals. I will incorporate your input and strengths into the treatment plan to ensure best outcomes.
