So far I have had two sessions with Bena. Bena has responded in a timely manner. She really listens and she has given me some guidance to deal with emotional pain and recommended a good book that I’m reading now. I look forward to my sessions. There is more work for me. I am glad to have someone trained to listen and help me get through this place in time.
