About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado, with 5 years experience working as a counselor. During that time, I have helped clients to manage a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, existential issues, substance abuse and process addictions.
My priority is to help support you in your goals, while treating you with the highest respect and sensitivity for you specific needs. I will use a variety of counseling approaches, including dialectical-behavior, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and rational-emotive therapy, depending on your needs and which approaches resonate with you. Our conversations and goals will be driven based on your ambitions, as we work together to support your vision of a better tomorrow.
