About me

The issues I work with in therapy are mind-body issues. I do not have a mental illness approach. What is good for the body is good for the brain and vice versa. My openness and inclusivity influence my approach to therapy. I do not judge. I accept. I am more interested in your uniqueness than your diagnosis and I expect a full recovery in treatment.
I specialize in the spectrum of Depression and Mood Disorders, Anxiety treatments, and Trauma. I offer natural and behavioral treatments that have been shown through research to perform as well as, better than, and/or improve anti-depressants.
Research has shown that the fit between counselor and client is one of the most significant contributors to a person's success in therapy. I cant guarantee that I will be the best fit. I can say that I am not afraid to go wherever counseling takes us. Please reach out and we will work together to raise the quality of life
