I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with extensive experience in supporting clients through stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, and the challenges of grief and loss.
Being an Integrative Counsellor allows me to employ various therapeutic approaches tailored to fit your unique circumstances. My practice aligns with the framework set by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), where I am an accredited member.

I work Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, GMT, and I do my best to check my messages a few times during the day.
