Beth is an excellent therapist. She is very flexible with scheduling sessions and is willing to work around your schedule. She is very warm and easy to talk to, which makes it easier to open up and be vulnerable. She has completely changed my life and brought me out of the darkest place and guided me to uncover who I truly was underneath the depression and anxiety. I am internally grateful to have Beth as my therapist, and would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a therapist who: shows they care and support you, takes a gentle approach to addressing concerns, is flexible with sessions, and gets the job done. Thank you, Beth! I don’t think I could thank you enough.

I have been working with Beth for the last 6 months or so, and in that time she has helped teach me the tools I needed to work through my anxiety and stress. She was instrumental in helping me cope with some difficult situations I was going through in real time. She is knowledgeable and sympathetic. I also really appreciate how she puts complicated concepts into layman's terms that make sense to anyone. In the 6 months that I've been working with her, I went from having panic attacks at least weekly, to going through a very hard time personally, and now we're talking about concluding our sessions as I've been able to build myself a good group of support to handle things organically. Highly recommend, with her help I barely recognize myself from before I started therapy sessions.

Beth has given me the tools to help cope with and prevent my anxiety. She has helped me work through various struggles in my life over the course of our sessions. Beth is understanding, compassionate, and listens without judgement. I have been able to see new perspectives, achieve a better understanding of my anxieties, and work through my struggles better since starting our sessions. I would recommend Beth to anyone who is in need of help and guidance from their anxiety - whether it is fear, grief, regret, trauma, etc. She is willing to listen and is here to help. Beth has made a positive impact toward my mental health and better self. ❤️

She's a great listener and is good at connecting with me pn an intellectual level which is something I've had trouble with other therapists given my healthcare background.

Beth listens and responds with exercises or suggestions that are very doable for me. She works with me at my pace and always bases the session on my current mood.
