Beth has been very helpful. She is easy to talk to, helps me understand my feelings, establish my boundaries, and helps me navigate some of the challenges in a blended family dynamic. I only wish sessions were a little longer. Highly recommend!

Therapy with Beth has been such a huge help in me learning to put my needs first and to set boundaries where I need to. She listened when I needed to vent and gave honest, helpful feedback to help me move forward with things I initially struggled with. I would recommend Beth for anyone in search of a therapist!

Beth has been awesome. The easiest transition I've ever had with a therapist, and I've had many. The process of finding her was so much easier with BetterHelp. A friend is using service now too. He says it's been very helpful as well.
