Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Beth Burrows. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Beth has been really great to work with for me as a first-time therapy goer. I wasn't sure I would like therapy but decided to give it a shot and BetterHelp seemed like an approachable way for me to try. I was lucky enough to be matched with Beth and within the first discussion she pointed out things about me I hadn't thought about/noticed before, got me thinking about what wasn't working for me, and gave me strategies for how to change those things, while also allowing me space to build those changes slowly. One reason why I hadn't previously done any therapy was I thought my problems were too small to talk through with a therapist, but Beth immediately made me feel comfortable talking about those problems and made me feel like they did matter. My focus with Beth has been on my personal relationships, and I would highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for talk therapy in this area.
