Beth is Amazing!! She listens to all of my concerns/needs and knows exactly how to respond. She gives me opportunities to use several methods to learn new coping skills. She is helping me learn to set and maintain boundaries. Beth also provides tools in order to help me learn to apply what I’ve learned to help me better respond in various situations. Beth is very caring and thoughtful. I highly recommend her.

She’s helped me understand things clearly and doesn’t give me that yes man mentality. She makes me really see things differently and pushes me to not allow myself to stay the same person.
