Beth has been an amazing therapist for me. I returned to therapy after 10 years away from it and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has truly helped me to work through and understand some issues I've been having related to trauma. I am in my 40s and it's hard for me to trust people, but Beth has such a calm demeanor and is easily approachable. I'm truly grateful for all I've learned from Beth about the root causes of some of my anxiety and depression issues.
