Beth's experience as an LCSW definitely shows in her ability to understand my challenges and offer practical steps on how to overcome them. Many therapists out there will just give you tips you can easily google, but Beth really helps you understand the core of what is causing your challenges, helps you face it head-on, and provides compassion, knowledge, and experience while doing so. 10/10 recommend if you want to start your journey to true healing.
