Such a kind understanding therapist!

Betty is so attentive to my needs. One of my favorite things about Betty is that she actively listens to me and remember the names and details of friends, family members, and life experiences. This is so important to me and really makes me feel seen and heard. I had a pretty upsetting event to process during our least session. I knew going into our appointment that I was in good hands and that she would help me navigate through it. Betty is an amazing and compassionate therapist.

Betty is a very good as she listens to my problems and suggests ways to deal with them. I have learned a ton from her as she helps to deal with my issues and become a better calm person. She has provided me with the tools to be calm and focused so that I may go about my day.
