I appreciate Betty’s straightforwardness. She speaks truth but still in love.

Helped me navigate emotions with major life changes (child birth/postpartum) and relational conversations. Good listener, great insight, helps brain storm actions to improve situations, and provides different perspectives to a situation. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Betty! From the very first session, she created a safe, nonjudgmental space where I felt completely at ease. She asks thoughtful questions, offers guiding principles, and helps navigate complex emotions with clarity. I was amazed at how much we covered in just our initial sessions—so much so that I was brought to tears of understanding. The realizations have been profound for me, helping me build awareness in a way that allows me to shift, moment by moment, in small decisions without feeling overwhelmed or stressed. If you’re looking for a counselor who truly listens and helps you uncover meaningful insights, Betty is an incredible guide.

Betty can immediately identify what it is that has been holding you back. After years of therapy I felt like I just ceased to make progress and worried I would always have PTSD. After two sessions I am already leaps and bounds ahead of where I was. She is extremely supportive and I feel very safe. I was able to share things with her that I realized I had never shared before. I can't recommend her enough.
