When I joined I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t expect it would help me. When I was paired with Denise Pope she was so helpful and understanding and helped me to understand the reasons I feel the way I do and how to better cope with the loss of my husband, my depression and anxiety. I have recommended her to several of my friends and family. If you have doubts just give it a chance with Denise and I promise she will give you all the help and support

Denise helped me work through my issues with compassion fatigue and anxiety. She’s a wonderful listener and she consistently provided me with helpful resources in various mediums that she knew I would enjoy (e.g. TedTalks, audiobooks, podcasts etc.). She has definitely provided me with the “tools” I need to help me successfully manage my anxiety moving forward. Highly recommend!
