Beverly is an amazing person to go to for therapy if you are a beginner like me. She made me feel seen and heard as well helped me look at different perspectives of issues that I couldn't think of earlier. She is professional and friendly at the same time, keeping the environment light and safe to bring my concerns. She enables you to find the right ways to navigate your situations and helps you figure out the methods by yourself. A lot of my ways have changed since these sessions and I'm grateful for it. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Beverly on a weekly basis for close to two years now and I really feel like I have grown a lot in that time! She is always in my corner and provides much needed insight and perspective into all of the situations I find myself in. She is amazing and setting and keeping very professional boundaries while also making me feel cared for and listened to. It took me a little while to open up and she never pressured me to move any faster than I was ready for. She is amazing at helping you set goals and determine concrete strategies for reaching them! BetterHelp is definitely worth the cost whenever you have a therapist as lovely and skilled at her job as she is.

Beverly has a wonderful way of listening for positive intent, and especially growth opportunities. She's offered effective resources for validation, finding my blind spots, and emotional regulation. She's the best I've found, and I've unfortunately had A LOT of therapists.
