I've been in therapy my entire life, and i'm 38 years old. My fiance had a traumatic accident in 2022 where he wasn't supposed to make it. His accident brought back all the trauma i've ever faced which turned into not being able to leave my room for 2 years. I've had NUMEROUS therapists throughout my life, and Beverly is the first therapist i've found healing with. She listens to me, validates my feelings, and offers a solution. She's VERY knowledgable when it come to trauma, or therapy, yet she's very down to earth. I look forward to our sessions, because they always bring me some form of healing, which i've been searching for for 38 years!

Beverly helps me be kinder to myself. This helps me be a better person as I am more understanding of other people. She also encourages me in my faith. We talk about a variety of subjects - not just my dopey issues. She is very knowledgeable and well-rounded. She has given me some ideas about future goals for my health like making time for better self-care. All and all, she has been helpful. I was not in a good place when I started talking to her because I really had no one to talk with. I think all and all it has been a productive experience. I am feeling better and I didn't expect to get that much out of this really, but it has been an enlightening experience.

Just started working together. I'm always skeptical of a new therapist, but I have every reason to be optimistic. We're off to a very good start.
