Hi-I am licensed in New Jersey with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, life adjustments, woman's life cycle changes like menopause and puberty, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues. I specialize in building and re-building self-esteem, and confidence. I have developed a unique interactive program to help people rebuild broken self-esteem to enable them to maximize their personal potential. I believe that you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I use many types of supportive therapy modalities like CBT, EMDR, narrative therapy and many others depending on your specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support the individual you are in that process with empathy and dignity.

I think Blair is an amazing therapist. With a good head on her shoulders. She challenges me into thinking differently than I was before. She checks in on me and genuinely cares about what my dreams and goals are. And it amazing to have therapist like that. I would highly recommend her.
