Brandon Mitchell, LMSW, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Michigan with 4 years of experience providing individual therapy. I have been in the social work field for a total of 10 years, with experience in primary care, school social work, private practice, and University settings. My experience comes from helping clients with stress, anxiety, OCD, & depression. I am an LGBT affirming therapist and passionate about supporting clients in this community.
My approach to therapy includes using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure and Response Prevention and Dialectical Behavioral therapy. I am trained and experienced in using these approaches and will tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs and goals. I believe the therapy space should be safe and open for you to share as we build our therapeutic relationship, and I will respect your decision to work on what's most important for you.
I am passionate about supporting others on their journey towards living a wholesome life and believe in creating a non-judgmental space to move from surviving to thriving. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to reach out and ask for help. That's why I like to make the process of starting your journey an easy one. If you are ready to make that step, I am here to empower you.
