About me
Hello! A little about me: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, fully licensed in the states of California and Oregon with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience working in a variety of mental health settings including hospitals, residential facilities, and outpatient clinics. Among some of the concerns that I have helped clients with include anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, and difficulties adjusting to changes in life. I have found a particular calling to support those that are struggling in their relationships, people who are navigating pregnancy, and new parents. In my therapeutic approach I try to be personable to remind clients that I am human too! I will also tailor my approach to whatever it is the client needs and prefers. My goal is to provide a safe space to talk and process difficult emotions. My availability for live sessions can vary week by week. If you would like to book a session with me for a time that you do not see available, I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Thank you!
