I have over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker providing individual therapy for adults across the age spectrum. I have experienced with a diverse population with focus on life transitions issues of grief, aging and anxiety. I use an approach that includes working with a person's strengths and encouraging their capacity to change. I cis clients and development treatment goals and improve the quality of life in order to develop a more positive self-image and a more effective way of coping and decreasing stress.

Brenda has been very patient and always providing new ways for me to manage my situation. She does not overwhelm me with extras but rather offers techniques that are easy and comprehendible but yet still effective! I have thoroughly enjoyed my therapy journey with Brenda & I look forward to furthering my therapy with her!
