Brenda is a great listener and really takes an interest in everything you have to say. She works closely with you to try and achieve any goals you might have and really and truly wants to help you be the best person you can be. She has a very calming presence and is very easy to talk to. She provides really amazing resources for you to use outside of therapy sessions so that you can continue to use the skills you are developing in therapy and apply them to your everyday life. She is awesome! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about giving therapy a try.
