Brenda is great! She is attentive, empathetic, and a great lister. She pushes back when you need a reality check but also is kind when you need kind words. Great therapist overall!

It took me going through a few therapist to find the right one and I’m so glad I made the change. She never makes me feel like she’s just along for the ride even when i feel like I’m just venting and she adapts to what’s happening like last weeks problems may not be this weeks issue and It makes a world of difference. It never feels like it’s her way or the highway and it makes it easier for a person like me to tell she’s actually listening because of how often i can get off one thing and on to another. 10/10
