I am independently licensed social worker in Nebraska and Iowa with 16 years of professional work experience providing mental health therapy to teens and adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Everyone can need help at sometime in life.
