About me
Welcome!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I have experience working with adolescents and adults. Clinical issues I have the most experience in include trauma, anxiety, stress management, and family and blended family issues.
I believe establishing therapeutic rapport is necessary for effective counseling. I know it takes courage to reach out and ask for help. In counseling, I provide a supportive, compassionate environment. I meet individuals where they are in the moment and work collaboratively with them to establish and meet their goals. I welcome and encourage open communication regarding techniques and approaches that work best to meet the therapeutic goals.
My counseling style is person-centered using cognitive behavioral and solution focused approaches. I utilize a trauma focused approach with individuals who have experienced trauma. I help individuals identify their strengths and provide support and coping skills in overcoming struggles and challenges.
I am honored to be able to help you on your journey to healing and growth.
