In the past, therapy and counseling were highly negative experiences and I signed up for BetterHelp with very low expectations. To say Dr. Womble blew those expectations out of the water is an understatement. His insight is non-judgmental yet effective in motivating change. He tells me what I need to hear (even if I may not necessarily want to hear it) and is clearly interested in helping me achieve my goals. Dr. Womble not only teaches but empowers me to heal from the past, use those skills to navigate the present, and view the future through a lens of hope. And I know I can bring setbacks to sessions to workshop and retool. Suffice to say, he is a remarkable psychologist and therapist and I am fortunate to work with him.

A good therapist that listens. Your sessions will be more than talk therapy as he has experience in CPT, ADHD, and trauma.
