Brian Harris, LMHC
About me
Have you ever been slightly or drastically beyond the reach of accessing the language to express our human experiences? Do you sometimes believe you are stagnated among similar patterns of relationships with yourself and others? Are there any stressful events that have occurred or you anticipate? We all have exceptional periods, good days, and not-so-good moments. I cheerfully encourage you to be you as we work together to safely enhance your authenticity.
With incremental psychoeducation, individualized acceptance, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral evidence-based practices are significant components in treatment. Creative, natural, and legal influences likely are further incorporated along our therapeutic journey. Frederic Chopin noted, “Simplicity is the final achievement."
Please feel free to contact me to schedule an initial meeting. We can briefly discuss your concerns and whether we can build a therapeutic alliance. Your consideration is essential, so please be well.

Mr. Harris is an "active" listener (hearing vs. responding). He is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and provides insight to help navigate each situation/area of need as it arises in my grief journey. He provides additional resources that are very helpful and relevant. He provides a great example of what therapy should be.
