About me
Hello, my name is Brian Squitieri and I am a Florida licensed mental health counselor, and I have a Masters of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling.
I have over 10 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, grief and loss, and coping with life transitions such as career changes.
My philosophy is that I work together with my clients to individualize therapy. It's most important that I listen to what my clients are saying and that I'm with them in the moment. We work together to create a unique plan that to help achieve goals in measurable ways. After about a month, most of my clients starts to see positive changes in their lives.
My goals are to aid my clients in developing insight, effective coping skills, communication skills, and to manage unhealthy feelings and behaviors.
