Brianna Doyle, LMHC
About me
Hello! My name is Brianna and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I have 4 years of experience in the mental health and human services field providing a wide range of therapeutic services. A large portion of my work has been with adults with developmental disabilities as well as those on the Autism Spectrum. I also have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma/abuse, and relationship issues.
My primary therapy orientation is Person-Centered as I focus on the therapeutic relationship to facilitate growth within each client. I also use techniques from CBT, Solution -Focused Therapy and Psycho-education. I enjoy helping others work through their own challenges in a safe space and treating everyone with respect and dignity. I pride myself on being sensitive to the needs of my clients while demonstrating empathy and mindfulness in every session.
I understand that taking the first step towards working on yourself can be difficult so my goal is to make this process as comfortable for you as possible. That is why I am available to conduct sessions via video chat, phone, or text/messaging. We will start where you are right now and work together to accomplish your goals.
If you are ready to take the next step, I am ready to help
I can't wait to work with you!

Bri was my therapist for two years! My first therapist ever! She was a wonderful listener and I looked forward to chatting with her every year! She felt like an old friend. If you’re looking for judgement free zone and great listener Bri rocks.

Brianna is incredibly down to earth. She holds space for you to listen to yourself and gently guides you to the things you realize you already knew. I always look forward to our conversations, for a compassionate and non judgemental sounding board as well as the chance to share a laugh. And I always come away with clarity.
