After only 3 session with Brittany I feel that I've really found a source of empathetic support and understanding in her. Her approach really works well for how I respond to therapy. She listens and gently follows up on statements we can dig deeper on. She's helping me be gentler and kinder with myself as well as understand the way my emotional and mental processes work. I highly recommend Brittany and am grateful to have found her.
