My name is Brittany Leonard. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts and a nationally Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). I graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression in teens, young adults, and adults, as well as mood instability, suicidal thoughts, self-injurious behaviors, low self-esteem, adjusting to big life changes, and coping with grief and loss. I enjoy working with all ages and use a variety of therapeutic approaches including DBT, CBT, and expressive arts therapy.
