Brittany has been extremely helpful to me, as I work toward my healing goals. She’s provided outstanding insight and numerous, spot-on recommendations for books, videos, journaling prompts and concepts for me to look into, in the time between our sessions. It’s lead me to making so many important connections and coming to groundbreaking realizations about my personal history, my lived experience, and the way my mind and body have been functioning, as a result. Not only has Brittany helped me to begin processing the events of my past, but has also supported me through some more recent difficult times, as well. I feel I’ve already gotten so much out of therapy and made a lot of progress in my every day life, in just the few months of weekly sessions that we’ve had, so far. I’m extremely grateful for Brittany and for Better Help as a resource for finding her.
