Brittany Simons, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the field of Social Work since 2011, with 3 years of direct clinical experience. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more severe mental health symptoms. I believe that everyone has their own path of healing and I pull from various modalities to explore what works for you. These modalities include, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, person centered therapy, and strength based approach. I believe in using a holistic approach to understand the mind/body/spirit connection and seek to understand through a trauma-informed lens. The first step of healing can be through self-awareness and by signing up for therapy you are taking that initiative for yourself. Take pride in knowing that you are doing something to take care of you!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Brittany Simons. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Brittany is extremely kind, encouraging, and friendly. She has been a great listener and always offers suggestions without any pressure behind them or forcing of her thoughts/opinions. She has always made me feel comfortable, not judged in any way, and has created a great environment for me to share my concerns/discuss topics that are difficult for me to open up about.
