I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina with 6 years experience working with people seeking support to improve their lives. I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, and other challenges life has thrown their way. I incorporate trauma informed care into my practice and lean into each client’s strengths using strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
