Britton Elliott, LPC
About me
I see my role as assisting my clients in developing and executing their life plans and goals. This can include many things ranging from mental health and wellness goals, to personal and occupational plans and goals. I strive to help my clients identify the things standing in the way of living their fullest lives, whether those be jobs, people, relationships, or anything else. Once we have identified those obstacles together, I assist my clients in developing a plan for working through each of those issues. It is my goal to help my clients dismantle false beliefs about themselves, their limitations, and realize their full potential. I help my clients create manageable, realistic goals and give them the tools needed to accomplish them. I expect my clients to be active participants in their journey to mental health and wellness. I believe the plans we make in my office should be taken and applied in everyday life. Weekly therapy sessions serve as a checkpoint to see how things are progressing and to pinpoint what areas we can work on next. I believe that therapy can help you live your fullest, most empowered life, and I am honored to assist you on that journey!

Britton is such a caring therapist. Really connected with her and was able to let my guard down with her. I looked forward to our weekly meeting and chats about things going on. I'm so lucky to have found a great therapist and kind individual.

She's a helpful, attentive, caring individual who is actively listening and trying to help me see things in ways that are manageable and... she's just a good person. One of the best therapists I've ever had.

Britton was a phenomenal help for this period in my life. Her measured approach with all issues, minor or major, was particularly good for my erratic personality. Her advice and capacity are sincerely appreciated and I will keep her words with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone

I’ve been through manager therapist and counselors growing up but this is one of the first time I feel heard. I feel like I have grown so much since starting counseling and I wish I would have started this sooner. The amount of support I get and the amount of growth I’ve witnessed in my self is incredible I am extremely grateful for Britton.
