Brooke is very professional and understanding. I can’t imagine that there are many others that demonstrate her expertise in applying cognitive behavioral therapy

Brooke has helped me so much. When I first started with BetterHelp, I was unsure and skeptical on how my experience would go and if I would continue. Brooke has worked with me on ways to improve my overall well-being, provided me with coping mechanisms, helped me internalize and digest my thoughts and actions in a better and more fulfilling way, and has been so accommodating with my super crazy schedule. I’m very grateful!
