How often are we able to have sessions if we decide to sign up? Is it unlimited?

Looking to see how often I am able to have sessions and what the hours are for sessions. I need to set something up but I am on a budget and busy with work. Hoping to get more clarity on how better help sessions work.

With BetterHelp, you can have a live session every week. Your live session can be via video, phone , or live chat. You also have unlimited messaging with your therapist. This means that you can share a concern or a journal entry with her, and she will get back to you within 24 hours often much sooner. With this feature, you can feel as though you do not have to go through difficult situations on your own. There is always someone to whom you can reach out to ask advice on how to handle a situation or to help you work through a challenge that might come up unexpectedly. A benefit to working with a therapist through BetterHelp is that you can find a therapist who not only works well with you in relation to your concerns but also one who is able to meet your schedule needs. If you would prefer to have therapy in the evenings, you can find a therapist who has sessions in the evenings. If you would like to have your session scheduled on one of your lunch breaks, you can find a therapist who can meet at that point during in the day. It is great, because there is way more flexibility on BetterHelp than you would find with most traditional counseling settings. Along that same line, if you work with a therapist for a bit and decide that it is just not working, you can always ask to switch to a different therapist until you find just the right fit. You mentioned being on a budget. The price that you pay for therapy on BetterHelp is a steal compared to what traditional setting therapy can cost. Both settings have licensed therapists, but with BetterHelp you do not have to even leave your house. You can have your therapy when you want it where you want it without stressing about getting out of your house or leaving work if you choose to schedule your sessions during your lunch break. You can always try BetterHelp out for a short amount of time and see how it goes before committing to it for longer periods of time.
