Is it possible to sign up for (2) sessions a month?

Yes, you can work it out with your therapist to set up more than one live session a month. Many clients will do one session per week. Also, depending on your therapist's schedule, some therapists are open to including 50-minute sessions as well as the standard 30-minute sessions. For some individuals, the ability to have a 50-minute session can feel more productive and similar to seeing a counselor in private practice. However, the 30min sessions are also great in regard to convenience and keeping sessions very direct and solution-focused.
Once you sign up and are matched with a therapist, that therapist will work with you in the first few interactions to establish what frequency of live sessions is most productive for you. The initial few sessions will be rapport building, allowing you and your therapist to get to know one another and ensure that you are a good fit for one another.
On top of having the live sessions, you will also be able to utilize the twenty-four-hour chat platform to send messages back and forth in between sessions. This is a great way to get information back and forth between you and your therapist when you are not able to have that live session. It is also a good way to touch base if your therapist is having you work on something specific, if you have random questions come up, or if there is a moment that you need to vent or get some information off of your chest but your therapist is not available in that immediate moment. Therapists are prompted to respond to those chat messages within 24-48 hours, allowing for timely communication. It is important to remember though that when you are not scheduled to have a session with your therapist, it is unrealistic to expect an immediate reply to a chat message as your therapist may be engaging in other sessions, doing other work or be in their downtime with family.
