How do I replace romantic love with platonic love? How can I remove my guilt from intimacy?

I broke up with my ex of 5 years this past spring. I decided that I’d give myself two weeks and then put myself back out there. I ended up seeing a guy for two weeks and then got ghosted by him. So I took another two weeks off from romantics. I reached out to a guy that I had a crush on. We ended up getting romantically involved over the summer and at the end of the summer, he broke things off saying he didn’t have the same feelings for me as I did him. I’ve finally been able to change my romantic love to platonic love, it’s taken a lot of work. But going out with other guys and the thought of having sex with another guy makes me feel guilty. I don’t know why I feel guilty since the guy I got involved with this last summer, we weren’t in an official relationship. But I still love him. How do I change my mental thought from guilt to happiness that I’m moving on?
